Manassas, Va., police arrested a man for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Police responded to a report of a sexual assault at about 10:45 p.m. June 28 and learned that Andres Ramos Vera had sexually assaulted a girl he knew over a four-month period, authorities said.
Vera is charged with indecent liberties with a minor, object sexual penetration and sexual battery.
Following criminal proceedings, Vera will be turned over to Immigration and Custom Enforcement, police said.
