75-Year-Old Man Missing in DC as Temps Drop

Police in D.C. are searching for a 75-year-old man who disappeared just as temperatures began to drop in the region. 

Clarence Miller, whom police said uses a black manual wheelchair, was last seen in the 2400 block of 25th Street SE at 6:30 p.m. Sunday. He was reported missing Monday morning.

Miller is between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 130 and 145 pounds. He has brown eyes, and his hair is mixed gray and black.

A clothing description was not available. 

Temperatures in the D.C. area dropped into the 30s Sunday night. A frost advisory is effect for Washington, D.C., until 10 a.m. Monday.
