MS-13 Member Gets 10 Years for Trafficking Juveniles for Sex

A member of MS-13 from northern Virginia was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the sex trafficking of two female juveniles.

Alexander “Casper” Rivas, 19, recruited two runaways to serve as prostitutes, according to court documents. Rivas found customers for them, gave them condoms, negotiated their rates and kept their schedules.

Following his sentence Rivas will have five years of supervised release and will have to register as a sex offender.
