A Loudoun County, Va., child-care worker is behind bars following accusations he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old where he works.
Brad Minor, an employee at Chesterbrook Academy in Leesburg, was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of forcible sodomy.
Police made the arrest after getting a tip from a parent in March.
Minor, 23, is being held in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
The principal of Chesterbrook Academy is cooperating with the investigation.
