Liz Crenshaw Leaving News4 at End of May

Liz Crenshaw, News4's Consumer Reporter, has announced her plans to leave News4 at the end of May.

Liz has been with NBC4 since 1980, spending several years as an assignment editor before becoming a star producer in the Consumer Unit. She transitioned into her role in front of the camera in 1993, where she's been ever since.

“It’s been a great privilege and a pleasure to be a part of the NBC4 family for more than 30 years. My commitment to consumer reporting and looking out for the people of DC, Maryland and Virginia has been – not just a job – but a passion. Now it’s time for new explorations and time away from the camera," Liz said.

Liz plans to spend more time with her family and looks "forward with great excitement to what lies ahead."
