The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) has released it's annual "Hot Wheels" list, the most stolen cars in the country.
Topping the list nationally in 2012, the Honda Accord. Thieves targeted model years 1990 through 1997.
In D.C. though, the most targeted vehicle stolen in 2012 was the 2000 Dodge Caravan.
If a vehicle was stolen and reported to law enforcement, it was included in the report.
