Homicide Ruled in Skeletal Remains Found in D.C.

A man whose skeletal remains were found in southeast D.C. last year was a victim of homicide, the Metropolitan Police Department said.
 
The remains of 39-year-old Lawrence Neal Jr. of Washington were found Sept. 25 behind Buena Vista Terrace, police said.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the manner of death homicide, but the cause of death is undetermined.
