Multiple Suspects Wanted in Greenbelt Sexual Assault

The victim was dragged to a wooded area by four suspects.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Greenbelt Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the men who sexually assaulted a College Park woman last week.

It happened early Saturday morning in the 6000 block of Cherrywood Lane near Greenbelt Metro Drive. The victim, 24, was walking when as many as four men grabbed her and took her to a nearby wooded area, investigators say.

They then raped and beat her, giving her serious but not life-threatening injuries to her face.

The victim described ths suspects to police as African-American males in their late teens or twenties, according to Greenbelt Patch.

She described them all as approximately six feet tall and having slim to medium builds.
