Montgomery County Police have charged a Germantown man with three counts of indecent exposure, and believe that there are more victims who have yet to come forward.
Ryan De Leon, 33, was arrested and charged Wednesday and is currently being held on $15,000 bond. Investigators say that De Leon got onto an elevator in the 921 Wayne Avenue parking garage in Silver Spring on the morning of May 23. Police say that De Leon was wearing business attire and carrying a shirt in front of him on a hanger, as if he had just picked it up at a dry cleaner.
However, police say that once De Leon was on the elevator, he pulled the shirt away from him, exposing himself to the woman. Authorities believe that De Leon may have exposed himself using a similar method in the same parking garage between May 29 and June 2.
