Loudoun County, Virginia, is one of the wealthiest counties in the nation, but its charitable giving is well below average and the smallest in the D.C. area, the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties said.
The foundation wants to change that with its Faces of Loudoun campaign.
The campaign is designed to let Loudoun County residents know the need for giving is hidden in plain sight around them.
