Manassas police are searching for a man they say exposed and fondled himself on a walking trail.
The incident happened on the Winters Branch Trail near Bens Way Saturday afternoon.
Police said the man exposed himself in front of a woman on the trail.
So far, they haven't found him.
Crime Solvers is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
