Approximately 70 firefighters responded to a Howard County townhouse fire around 11 a.m. Monday morning.
Crews responded to the 6000 block of Blue Point Court where they found heavy flame coming from the back of a townhome unit. The fire spread to neighboring townhomes, and Montgomery County Fire provided extra support at the scene.
As a result, six individuals were displaced in the fire and two townhomes are uninhabitable.
One firefighter was transported with minor injuries, but no other injuries were reported.
