A 19-year-old man from Northern Virginia drowned in Lake Anna Sunday morning.
Justin Briggs of Fairfax was last seen on a dock at about 1:30 a.m., The Free-Lance Star reports.
The Louisa County Sheriff's Office told the newspaper that when others woke the next day, Briggs was nowhere to be found.
His body was found later that day, about 20 feet from where he was last seen.
