An excavator at an Arlington construction site tipped on its side Monday afternoon, killing a worker.
Crews responded to the intersection of 4th Street and George Mason Drive around 3:30 p.m. for the accident. Officials say it appears as though the operator of the excavator was thrown from the cab and killed.
Police are investigating the accident and the man's identity has not yet been released.
