Final Case Review Set for Ex-Ravens Cheerleader Charged With Raping Teen

A case review for 47-year-old Molly Shattuck had been scheduled for Wednesday, but there were no issues to bring before the judge. The final case review was scheduled for March 18.

Shattuck was indicted in November on charges of third-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and providing alcohol to minors. She has pleaded not guilty.

Her attorney declined to comment Wednesday.

The charges stem from an illicit sexual relationship Shattuck allegedly forged with one of her children's 15-year-old classmates.

Shattuck reached out to the victim in May 2014 through Instagram, WBAL-TV reported.

Their relationship allegedly continued through the summer, culminating with Shattuck taking the teen to a vacation rental home in Bethany Beach, Delaware, for Labor Day weekend, along with her children and their friends.

According to court documents, Shattuck bought alcohol at a local liquor store and performed oral sex on the victim.
