A Dupont Circle nail technician is accused of inappropriately touching three of his clients between November 2013 and August 2014.
The incidents were reported at Color Nails and Spa on P Street NW near Dupont Circle. Court records say Hung Nguyen, who goes by the name "Tiger," inappropriately touched three clients; one woman said Nguyen began to massage her shoulders following a pedicure and put his hand inside her shirt and pants.
One of his co-workers told News4 "Tiger" is innocent.
"I think he didn't do it. I don't believe that [he did it]," Chi Quach said. "He's still working, I think. He's still working."
The owner of a hair salon right below Color Nails and Spa said she has been getting her nails done by Nguyen for a while.
"I've been going to him to do my nails and I never saw that in him," Iness Phillips said.
Nguyen's trial date is set for April 2015.
