Officials say a flight from White Plains, New York, to Atlanta landed safely after it was diverted to Dulles International Airport outside Washington.
ExpressJet Airlines spokeswoman Samantha Harrison says flight 4916 operating as Delta Connection received a mechanical indication in flight Tuesday morning and safely diverted to Dulles. She says maintenance is investigating.
Delta Air Lines spokesman Morgan Durrant says the 58 customers who were on board are being rebooked to their final destinations.
