Defense Rests in Homicide Cover-Up Trial

Closing arguments begin Thursday

The defense rested its case in the trial of three men accused of trying to cover up the killing of attorney Robert Wone.

Closing arguments are set for Thursday at D.C. Superior Court.

Wone was stabbed to death in August 2006 while spending the night in the Dupont Circle home of Joe Price, Victor Zaborsky and Dylan Ward.

No one is charged with the murder.

The case is being tried before a judge, not a jury.
