Today the second day of deliberations begins in the case of a Maryland man accused of murdering his step-daughter in May 2011.
Prosecutors say David Hang stabbed 12-year-old Jessica Nguyen more than 40 times in their home in Gaithersburg.
Hang was in the process of divorcing Jessica's mother.
Prosecutors argue that the marriage was part of an immigration sham -- and Hang is believed to be married to several women.
Hang is charged with first degree murder.
