A Maryland woman was charged with kidnapping her own 3-year-old child.
Police said Danielle Blowe, of Hagertsown, is being held on $75,000 bond. Police said that she took off with her daughter, who had been placed in foster care by the Maryland Department of Social Services.
Blowe, 26, visited the Jefferson Boulevard home where her daughter was staying and took her away on Saturday evening. Police found the child the next day at an address on Mont Valla Avenue.
