D.C. Revises Inauguration Crowd Estimate

The Washington Examiner reports that the D.C. Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Agency has lowered the number of expected attendees at the inauguration of President Obama.

Officials are expecting 500,000 to 700,000 people to attend -- a decrease from the previous number of 800,000.

Approximately 1.8 million people attending Obama's 2009 inauguration.
