The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Nga Buscall, 65, who was last seen in the 1800 block of 2nd Street NE in Washington on Thursday.
Buscall is described as an Asian female, four feet, 10 inches tall, approximately 100 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. It is not known what she was wearing at the time she went missing.
