Officials Say Metro Imposter a Repeat Offender

New Shoulder Replacement Procedure Gives the Gift of Movement

A teenager got in a lot trouble last summer for impersonating a Metro driver, and then taking a Metro bus on a joyride.

Apparently the teen has had other run-ins with the transit agency since then.

William Jackson, 19, drove a  bus off the Metro lot on Bladensburg Road last July.

He was wearing his stepfather's Metro uniform.  Jackson was arrested and got 18 months probation.

Authorities said since the sentence was imposed, Jackson has  been caught twice on Metro property with a fake Metro I.D. or uniform.

However, no charges have been filed in those cases.
