Authorities said an accident involving tractor-trailers is blocked southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Woodbridge, Va., Friday morning.
Virginia State Police said the crash happened just north of Route 1 about 3:30 a.m.
Hazmat crews responded to clean up a fuel spill.
As of 7 a.m., two lanes were still blocked, and traffic was backed up for miles past Pohick Road.
