The Family Crimes Division of Montgomery County Police seek a man charged with rape and sexual abuse of a minor.
Authorities said that Dwan Allen Brooks, committed the sexual crimes against a minor in the Brooks Farm area of Silver Spring through much of 2010.
Brooks likes to hang out at pawn shops and thrift stores, police said, and he occasionally acts as a street vendor, hawking jewelry, perfume, or watches.
He is described as a black male, 5'10" and weighing 220 pounds.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call 1-866-411-TIPS. Information that leads to an arrest can earn a $1000 reward.
