D.C. Teen Escapes Custody, Again

18-year-old uses old excuse to escape custody at BWI.

The search is on for an 18-year-old who escaped from police custody at BWI-Marshall International Airport.

According to the Washington Post, on Sunday afternoon, the teenager told a guard he had to go to the bathroom and never came back. He was being transported under guard from a facility in Utah. The teen was scheduled to be at a court hearing in Washington, D.C. on Monday.

The 18-year-old apparently has a history of escaping. Back in April, investigators told the Washington Post he got away from a detention facility in South Carolina.
