A Washington attorney who has lectured at George Washington University's law school has been charged with child sexual exploitation.
Federal agents said Richard Donald Lieberman was arrested Thursday in Tampa, Fla.
Lieberman is accused of sending sexually explicit Internet messages to two girls he believed were younger than 16 but who were actually undercover agents in Florida.
A phone message left at Lieberman's law firm was not immediately returned Friday, and a law school spokeswoman did not immediately
