Anne Arundel County Police say four people have been found dead at a Brooklyn Park home.
Lt. J.D. Batten says officers were called to the home on Wood Street on Sunday morning after a woman received a disturbing text message and went to check on a relative at the home.
When officers arrived they heard a single gunshot and they entered immediately.
Batten says a man, a woman and two children - all residents of the home - were found shot to death inside. He says police believe that the single shot officers heard when they arrived was the man who sent the text shooting himself.
