Anyone out driving in the storm is either going slow or going nowhere, but for those who have to get to work, it can be downright dangerous.
NBC4's Craig Melvin ran into a couple of co-workers in Tysons Corner, Va., whose van ran into a ditch and was stuck.
With the help of another driver, they were able to push it out -- but not without a close call.
The van’s wheels started spinning and, as the van moved out of the ditch, the tail end of it actually hit one of the men.
