Investigators say the crash happened shortly after 11 p.m. near the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Euclid Street Northwest.

One man was taken to the hospital with what are being described as "very serious" injuries, while two others suffered minor injuries.

Police aren’t sure how many passengers were in the car, or if alcohol might be a factor in the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
