Some fans took Saturday night's loss just as hard as the players on the ice. In fact, News 4 tried to speak to many fans after the game, but some were just too angry to talk.

Some fans, while disappointed, are optimistic for next season.

One fan told News4's Darcy Spencer, “I can’t complain. They beat the defending Stanley Cup champions (Boston) in seven games, then took the top seed in the Eastern Conference to seven games.”

Another said, “I think they could have beaten the Devils, but it’s just the way it worked out. Next year I think they can go further. I think they’ve got a good shot the way they’re going."
