Someone broke in to the home of a Calvert County Sheriff's deputy Saturday night, but fled after hearing noises.
Police said the deputy was not home at the time. However, his wife was and she barricaded herself in an upstairs bedroom, calling 911 and her husband.
The suspect left the scene. No word if anything was taken. No one was hurt.
