Larry Nathaniel Williams, of Hyattsville, was shot near the 5000 block of 57th Avenue Wednesday night.

When police arrived around 9:15 p.m., they found Williams laying in a parking lot, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries several hours later, police said.
