Bethesda Teen Facing Additional Charges

19-year-old accused of stockpiling weapons

GREENBELT, Md. -- A Bethesda teenager accused of stockpiling weapons in his parents' home is facing new charges.

A jury indicted 19-year-old Colin McKenzie-Gude Monday for possession of an explosive device and making false identification

documents.

Investigators found shotguns, handguns and bomb making materials in McKenzie-Gude's bedroom, authorities said. They also recovered a thumb drive that had McKenzie-Gude's picture on a fake CIA identification card.

If convicted of the new charges, McKenzie-Gude faces up to 25 years behind bars.
