A Northwest Washington man has been charged with the shooting death of a man in Columbia Heights.
Police say 28-year-old Kevin Chase walked up to Marcus Manor's parked car on Oct. 20 and fired.
Manor, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Chase has been charged with first-degree murder while armed.
