The FBI has arrested 3 doctors and 8 'professional patients' in Brooklyn for allegedly submitting thousands of bogus medical claims to Medicare and Medicaid.

Three suspects brandishing guns robbed two victims in a parking lot near the University of Maryland College Park campus.

A student at the University of Maryland and another individual were standing in the parking lot of the Quality Inn just south of the College Park campus at 7200 Baltimore Avenue. A fight had taken place there at about midnight -- 20 minutes before the victims were there.

Three suspects who are said to have been involved in the midnight altercation approached the victims, brandishing weapons that appeared to be revolvers.

The two victims fled across the street to the lot behind Zip's Cleaners but were apprehended by the suspects. The armed robbers demanded property from the victims before fleeing on Calvert Road.

The three suspects are black males, all approximately 20 years old. One suspect, who was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans and wore his hair in dreadlocks, was approximately 5'11" and 150 pounds. The second suspect, who was the same height and weight, also wore dreadlocks and sported a red t-shirt and jeans. The third suspect wore a blue t-shirt and jeans and was approximately 5'6" and 140 pounds.

The Prince George's County Police Department is conducting the investigation.
