Police in Manassas, Va., arrested two in the beating and stabbing of a 19-year-old at a shopping center last night.
The victim survived.
Both of the suspects are minors.
Investigators said the attacks are part of a gang war .
The same gang activity is blamed in the stabbing death of 15-year-old Miguel Hernandez.
He was attacked on his way home from Osbourn High on Friday.
Students held a vigil in his honor this afternoon.
