A 52-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Northeast D.C. on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a call for a stabbing at 22nd and I streets NE around 3:30 p.m., where they found the victim, Alonzo Gregory Beasley.
Beasley was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
His body was brought to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
