Fairfax man nabbed in undercover sting

A Fairfax Station man was arrested Wednesday at the Vienna Metro station during the evening rush.

Garrett Acker, 33, was charged with four counts of distribution of heroin. He allegedly met with undercover detectives and sold them heroin on four occasions during a two-month period, police said. Several grams of heroin were purchased and delivered, according to police.

The undercover narcs told Acker they planned to distribute the heroin to Fairfax County juveniles, authorities said.
