Adderli Cruz-Rosario, 21, of Gaithersburg, Md., pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree child abuse and four counts of child sex abuse Wednesday morning.
“Children are innocent. They deserve our protection from abusers like Mr. Cruz-Rosario,” said Ramon Korionoff, Public Affairs Director for the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office.
Rosario faces up to 57 years. His sentencing is set for May.
