A Sinking Problem on City Streets

Potholes are problematic around Union Station

Drivers passing through northeast Washington are hitting some unexpected speed bumps.

Potholes are turning Massachusetts Avenue around Union Station into an obstacle course.
Vehicles can be seen bouncing over bumps and swerving into traffic to get around them.

There is so much uneven road people are worried someone's going to get hurt.

But there is a hotline to help. Dial the citywide call center at 311 to report a pothole. The standard for the D.C.'s Department of Transportation is to make repairs within three business days.
