Two Men in Their 60s Shot in Northeast DC

Two men in their sixties were shot Tuesday morning in the Trinidad neighborhood of Northeast D.C.

D.C. police and EMS units were called to the 1600 block of 11th Place NE near Raum Street NE for reports of a shooting.

The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment of injurues that are not life-threatening. Both were shot in the leg; one victim was shot once and the other was shot twice.

Police are looking for a silver four-door sedan last seen on West Virginia Avenue heading toward Florida Avenue NE.
