Five holdups were reported in a 90-minute span Monday night on the streets of several affluent northwest Washington neighborhoods, according to the Washington Post.
The street robberies occurred in Georgetown, Tenleytown, Glover Park and Cleveland Park.
Police believe the same people might have committed them all, the Post reported.
A man was robbed of his wallet, BlackBerry and a Burberry scarf in the 3300 block of O Street in Georgetown at about 7:50 p.m.
Ten minutes later, three robbers targeted a man in the 4100 block of Calvert Street in Glover Park.
A man was then robbed by three men at 8:25 p.m. in the 4200 block of Albemarle Street in Tenleytown.
At 9 p.m. two men robbed a man walking his dog in the 2500 block of Porter Street and fled in a vehicle. One of the robbers had a gun.

At 9:15 p.m., two men got out of a car and robbed a woman as she got out of her car in the 2800 block of Quebec Street.
