On Day 12 of the Olympic Games, Usain Bolt will run in the men's 200m semifinals; a women's beach volleyball team will win gold; Team USA's men's basketball team will play in the quarterfinals and Tori Bowie will run in the women's 200m finals.

Here are four of the biggest Things to Watch during the Summer Games on Wednesday:

1) Usain Bolt Runs in 200m Semifinals

If all goes well, Jamaican track and field superstar Usain Bolt will be lining up for gold medal No. 8 on Thursday night.

Bolt will run in the men's 200m final Thursday night. He ran in the semifinals Wednesday night, easily qualifying.

Bolt ran alongside Canada's Andre De Grasse, who stared at Bolt until he caught the two-time Olympic champion's attention.

Bolt broke into a smile, after a photo of him looking back at the field in his 100-meter semifinal became an instant hit online.

Virginia native LaShawn Merrit also qualified for the final. But Team USA's Justin Gatlin did not make it.

One of the biggest questions is whether Bolt will crack the 19-second barrier. He holds the world record of 19.19 seconds and Olympic record of 19.30 seconds.
