A 4-year-old boy died after being struck by a taxi cab in Dundalk, Md., according to Baltimore County police.
Anthony Calius Sering was hit after walking onto Liberty Parkway between two parked cars about 6 p.m. Friday.
Anthony was taken to a Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:43 p.m.
The driver of the taxi owned by Silver Cab of Baltimore stopped at the scene, police said.
