The kids at the Prince William County Boys & Girls Club in Manassas have come up with a novel idea to raise money.
They're taking donations of gently used clothing and selling them to a local thrift shop.
The club wants to use the money to buy cheerleader uniforms for the kids who cheer on the sports teams at the club.
Donations are being accepted at the club at 9501 Dean Park Lane through Feb. 28.
The club is also getting ready for its 26th annual steak 'n' stake dinner on April 27, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Hylton Performing Arts Center.
