2nd Suspect Arrested in Virginia Teen's Death; 3rd Suspect Sought

A second suspect has been arrested in the killing of an 18-year-old man in Virginia.

The Fauquier County Sheriff's Office is looking for a third suspect.

Lincoln Williams Jr. was shot upon returning to his home in the 5000 block of Old Auburn Road outside of Warrenton about 10:45 p.m. Monday night. He made it inside the home, and family members called 911.

Williams was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead a short time later, the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office said.

It appears Williams was targeted, according to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office and Virginia State Police are investigating the case as a homicide. 

Daniel Martin Farmer II, 23, of Nokesville was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Route 28 Wednesday night. He is charged with first-degree murder.

Lucretia Ann Robinson, 54, of Manassas was charged Thursday morning with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Detectives have a warrant charging 38-year-old Myison Iaeene Ellis of Waynesboro with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit robbery. He has ties to the Prince William County, Fauquier County and Charlottesville areas and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Fauquier County detectives are working with authorities in Waynesboro and Augusta County and the U.S. Marshals Service to find Ellis.
