Two men were shot to death Wednesday in Bladensburg, Maryland.
Police said the shooting happened about 5 p.m. in the 5000 block of 57th Avenue, which is near an apartment complex.
Officers found one man on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound and tried to save his life before paramedics arrived. They found another victim nearby and also tried to help that man, police said.
Both men succumbed to their injuries at local hospitals.
The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is the primary investigating agency.
