A 2-year-old boy died Sunday after falling off a balcony in Montgomery County last week.
Legend White fell 40 feet from a third-floor apartment on Hewitt Avenue in the Aspen Hill area about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. He may have slipped between the rails.
The child was airlifted to a hospital.
Adults were in the apartment at the time, first-responders said.
A GoFundMe page was created to help the family with expenses.
