Anne Arundel County police charged a man and a teenager in the fatal shooting of a cab driver in Crownsville, Md.
Michael Juvan Wallace, 23, of Fort Meade, and 17-year-old Trevor Allen Snead, who police say lives in Charles County, have been charged with first- and second-degree murder. Snead is charged as an adult.
They are charged with shooting 41-year-old Benjamin Kirby of Annapolis on March 12.
Officers said Kirby's body was found in a driveway near his taxi minivan. Police went to the scene after a passer-by reported that the vehicle was unoccupied and looked suspicious.
An autopsy showed that Kirby died from a single gunshot wound.
Snead was arrested Wednesday, and Wallace was arrested Thursday, police said.
